Epic! digital library for kids seems to be working out great on my kid’s new device. She uses it on her school computer and tells me her teacher is able to put new books in her Epic “mailbox”.
So, then I downloaded the app to my phone thinking I could just do that too and send books to her home Epic account.
I spent a full hour trying to figure out where the heck the “collections” tab is, or the “my library” tab goes. I wasted an entire hour I will never recover.
The secret answer is: those tabs don’t exist on your phone. You need to access your parent account on your computer to be able to see your library or collections.
